Start your career with Staffmark as a Manufacturing Associate in Fort Payne, AL! This temp-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity with comprehensive training provided-no experience required.

Shift Options:



  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  • Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed for production
  • 8-12 hour shifts available



Pay: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Associate:



  • Handle and load parts per the production schedule
  • Inspect rework to ensure quality parts for the production line
  • Wipe parts with tack cloths to maintain quality for painting
  • Complete and submit production reports for raw and reworked parts
  • Use MIS to log part numbers and send to the Application Department
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
