Summary:

The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.

* Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.

* Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks.

* Manages the Repair Program to ensure all parts are available within the specified time and available to consumers.

* Manages Independent Service Providers supporting small business, depot, and B2B accounts.

* Collaborates during weekly meetings with the supply chain to gain an understanding knowledge of parts demand and expected fulfillment time based on lead time

* Monitor KPI and Daily reports to help increase visibility of the overall program

* Support Account onboarding, provide support, and perform monthly check-in during the initial account launch

* Perform yearly audits at the beginning of each fiscal year and validate certification requirements.

* Monitor AR/AP to manage credit block for parts weekly shipment

* Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of program performance at the account level with suggestive measures to improve performance

* Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

* Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as assigned.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.

* 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.

* Pro-efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to work in a teamwork environment

* Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills

* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

* Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

* Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.

* Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
