Position: Sr. Level Apple/MAC Technician Pay: $50-55/hr Duration: 36 months Locations: Las Colinas (Irving), TX or Charlotte, NC Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Approximate Start Date: April 27, 2025 Job Overview: Seeking a Sr. Level Apple/MAC Technician to oversee and perform compliance reviews, troubleshooting, and remediation on enterprise workstations, with a focus on Apple Mac systems. The candidate will work in either of our TEKsystems Delivery Centers in Las Colinas, TX or Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule starting from day one. Responsibilities: * Oversee and perform compliance reviews, troubleshooting, and remediation on enterprise workstations (Windows and Apple Mac). * Perform technical analysis and drive for results. * Communicate and build relationships within and outside of the core team. * Occasional overtime work on weekends may be required, at the discretion of the manager. Required Skills: * Experience in a financial environment. * Experience with desktop security practices and tools. * Experience with networking and Active Directory in a large corporate environment. * Strong Mac OS troubleshooting experience. * Proficiency with Bash scripting related to Mac OS. * Windows troubleshooting experience. * Excellent troubleshooting skills. * Excellent understanding of MS Office toolset. * Good communication skills. * Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures. * Works independently with general guidance. * Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies. * Communicates effectively across audiences (business partners, internal and external service providers). * Demonstrates a sense of commitment to work and follows through on commitments. Desired Skills: * Experience with Tanium in an enterprise environment. * Ability to identify trends and potential risks in content creation. * Proficiency in other Windows batch and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Batch files). * Automation skills to reduce manual activities. * Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment. * Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, results-driven with attention to detail. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Motivation to achieve results and quickly integrate into teams. Other requirements: * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment fingerprint and drug screening. Enterprise Skills: Hardware, Imaging, Support, Windows, Apple Mac, remediation, scripting, PowerShell, Mac OS troubleshooting, MS Office toolset, iOS, Microsoft Office, Tanium Work Environment: Candidates will start off day one working in either our Las Colinas or Charlotte Delivery Center on a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Business Challenge: A variety of PCs have not been properly patched, resulting in errors that have delayed project completion. Additional support is needed to oversee and perform remediation of Tier 1 Not Permitted Technology for enterprise workstations. Failure to remediate applications could result in significant fees or security threats. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
