Job Summary Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Capital Planning Team (CPT) is responsible for the end-to-end capital planning process for RBC US and its subsidiaries. This includes leading the execution of the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing day-to-day capital management, stress testing, and capital reporting processes, and leading and executing regulatory capital management initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create tailored analysis and prepare materials on a variety of capital planning topics to facilitate decision-making for senior management and the Board of Directors. As part of this, you will be working closely with cross functional teams (incl. Risk ID, Scenario Generation, PPNR, Financial Aggregation, Treasury, etc.) to collaborate on key deliverables and produce a quality work product. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$105,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
