We're looking for afull-time, staffSenior Recruiterto join ourDZConneXteam,REMOTELY. As the Senior Recruiter, here's the work you'll do:
* Demonstrate competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), policies and guidelines and client services objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries, as assigned based on client need. Provide support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirement and through the offer phase. This role is for you if you have these skills:
* Three - five years of recruiting / sourcing experience And if you have these qualifications:

Candidates that are hired will receive a competitive base salary, 401k, a comprehensive medical/dental/vision plan, parental leave, pet insurance and paid time off.In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,480 - 102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
