Job Summary:
The Office of Interdisciplinary Professional Programs (InterPro) is searching for an individual who enjoys working with numbers and providing high level customer service. This position will join our Accounting and Financial services support team providing a variety of operational and financial functions to support daily operations of our credit programs, professional development courses, and member based consortia. General duties will include: prepare, advise and reconcile financial transactions; generate financial reports; and provide customer service to an assigned program area. Responsibilities: Primarily reviews, approves, and advises on a variety of advanced financial transactions. May prepare some financial transactions and reconciles transactions. Recommends controls and process improvements, troubleshoots advanced financial errors. Maintains financial records, provides administrative processing support, and provides customer service for staff and customers in an assigned program area to support program financial management.
