Pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Requirements for this role include:



  • High School Graduate or General Educational Development (GED).
  • Three or more years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in using the tools and equipment essential for assembly operations in an industrial setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes.
  • Ability to create work processes utilizing drawings and verbal input on assembly methods.
  • Familiarity with production and materials control systems.
  • Understanding continuous improvement, lean manufacturing concepts, and production schedules is preferred.

As a Production Team Lead, your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Monitoring and maintaining safety procedures and conditions to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace.
  • Building a variety of assemblies, with or without work instructions.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through a detailed focus on product reliability.
  • Providing direction and support for an assigned hourly production team, encompassing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality, Material, Process, and Delivery.
  • Motivating team members to perform their duties using established procedures to meet or exceed goals.
  • Leading and supporting all Continuous Improvement Activities.
  • Identifying and supporting the design and acquisition of tooling needed for new or ongoing assembly processes, ensuring all company policies are followed, and taking corrective actions accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other Team Leads to develop and execute training plans for operators, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and are cross-trained for optimal resource usage, safely and correctly.
  • Providing clear and accurate communication to the workgroup, ensuring prompt follow-up on issues and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting and solving operational problems when identified.
