Schedule: 1st shift Key Responsibilities: Perform daily equipment checks and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Complete general building repairs such as painting, wall, door, and floor maintenance. Repair plumbing issues, including leaks, sinks, toilets, and drains. Maintain and replace lighting components, including emergency and exterior lighting systems. Handle equipment maintenance, inventory management, and snow removal during winter. Repair and replace doors, door hardware, carpet tiles, and rubber base as needed. Communicate with customers and managers about work requests, delays, and necessary parts. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 4-6 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and manuals, as well as write reports and communicate effectively.
