Position Summary
Under the direction of the Total Rewards Manager, maintains the accuracy of demographic, employment, benefit, compensation and payroll information stored in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Processes and maintains HR related materials, files, and required forms in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, benefit plan documents, as well as federal and state governing bodies, to support employee health and wellness, benefit and compensation functions. Must exercise a high degree of discretion, judgement, positive attitude and confidentiality in job assignments and communications with others due to the sensitivity of the files and processes involved.

Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the department including filing, data entry and handling customer requests
- Prepares presentations to company leaders
- Helps identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborates with teams as necessary
- Assists with the analysis and resolution of department issues and makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Assists staff with various support activities upon request, such as special projects, reports, etc.
- Ability to work independently to drive reporting from various systems to share reports with internal customers and vendors.
- Maintains ongoing focus on teamwork and communication to improve processes that ensure efficiency and cost-effective HR services.

Qualifications
Education
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in communications, business or a health related discipline. required

Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
- Experience with integrated HRIS/payroll systems required; experience with Ceridian preferred
- Experience in a health care setting preferred
