HR Generalist

As anHR Generalist,you will work with the HR Manager to provide HR support in recruitment, employee relations and HR systems at Qemetica's Lake Charles, LA location! Do you want to support activities critical to our HR infrastructure? Read on!

Key Responsibilities

• Help with interviews to ensure we are hiring the right talent for the right job.
• Conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
• Maintain the Human Capital Management system.
• Complete monthly reporting including turnover, HR metrics, headcount, hours worked, and reconcile monthly invoices and purchasing card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of demonstrable experience in a HR administrative role.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
• Experience with Human Capital Management software, such as Workday.
• Demonstrable ability to appropriately handle confidential information and maintain composure under pressure.
