Vaco Denver is seeking a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our valued client in Boulder, CO. The Sales & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales and business development teams. This position requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to ensure smooth sales support, excellent customer service, and efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customer orders, inquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate sales team members when necessary. Process and input sales orders into the 5 Logistics system as needed. Accurately process and input sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service for non-sales-related inquiries, resolving and directing matters appropriately. Assist the sales and business development teams with literature and regulatory requests, sample requests, and online customer support. Support trade shows by assembling and packing materials. Pack and ship products to both potential and existing customers, coordinating with 3PL for product sample shipments. Help manage and maintain Amazon and Shopify e-commerce platforms. Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and pamphlets for all products. Develop engaging slide decks to support sales and business development presentations. Distribute marketing materials to partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Provide support and backup for logistics and inventory management. Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Perform other duties as required. Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience/Education A minimum of three (3) years of sales-related experience in a similar environment is required. At least two (2) years of direct customer service experience is required. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field preferred. Valid Colorado driver's license is required. Skills Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building. Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing composition skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF, database management, CRM systems, and file sharing tools. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
