The Recreation Manager is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and supervision of Milwaukee Recreations network of community-based sports leagues and sports programs for teens and young adults. Primary responsibilities include the supervision of full-time and part-time personnel; program monitoring; budget management; contract development, and the formation of community partnerships to enhance programming. The ideal candidate has a deep investment in the Milwaukee community and a vision for making Milwaukee Recreations Late Night Leagues and Twilight Center sports programs game-changers in meeting the needs of Milwaukees teens and young adults.
