Position: Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing Department: Digital Marketing Reporting Relationship: Reports to Sr. Director of Digital Marketing Status: Full-Time (Exempt) Position Summary Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium, is seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing who will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive revenue, generate new leads, and visually tell the story of marketing campaign performance. This position will oversee all paid digital marketing/advertising efforts, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, paid display, and support out-of-home, radio, and OTT efforts. The Sr. Manager will work closely with multiple departments to maximize KPI performance, innovate partnership activations, generate leads/sales, and use paid platforms to create engaging experiences for current and prospective fans. A keen storyteller, this individual will work with our marketing analytics team to transform marketing campaign performance and insights into compelling visual reports outlining campaign successes and improvement areas, ensuring campaign optimization, insights, and results are clear to all stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead all product marketing efforts, including revenue-driving campaigns, to drive profitable growth and acquire new fans and season ticket members.
- Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies, lead generation and nurture campaigns, and other advertising tactics to drive incremental revenue.
- Manage all aspects of campaign management, from keyword research to ad copy, creative ideation, and tracking and reporting across search, display, social, etc. to support revenue-driving efforts.
- Develop and execute advertising plans to support revenue-driving marketing campaigns, partnership activations, stadium events, and other team initiatives.
- Be a visual storyteller and partner with analytics resources to produce and present campaign reports to provide insight into campaign performance and future steps for continued growth.
- Collaborate across departments to produce marketing calendars that align with tentpole moments for each entity within TSE to ensure collaboration across all departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization across campaigns; research and understand audience segments and target media behaviors in collaboration with the Business Strategy & Analytics team.
- Oversees the entire advertising portfolio and ensures the team stays on budget while maximizing performance and tracking revenue attribution.
- Work effectively across TSE to build strong partnerships with key roles, including ticket sales, premium sales, partnerships, brand marketing, community relations, communications, stadium operations, and others, to ensure that digital marketing priorities are understood and supported.
- Develop strategy and oversee the execution of all stadium/event advertising in collaboration with individual promoter needs.
- Work with ticket and premium sales and the marketing automation teams to optimize lead capture and activation flow to ensure prompt and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing automation team to develop and expand lead nurture and engagement campaigns.
- Manage all advertising vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or communications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a clear track record of effectively leading high-profile initiatives to meet performance marketing KPIs.
- Deep experience and understanding of the principles and disciplines of performance marketing, including SEM, affiliates, display, CRM, and marketing automation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital engagement channels, technical strategies, and emerging global trends.
- Proven analytical skills in leveraging customer data and insights to drive campaign decisions.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational and time management skills and the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Full understanding of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with list segmentation to build out segmented and lookalike audiences
- Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must pass pre-employment screens.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with successful paid media strategies across multiple advertising platforms - Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, etc.
- Experience with project management software using Lytho, Monday.com, Smarsheet, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to perform within a fast-paced industry.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions) and remotely as assigned by management and based on current business needs.
