Description
The Department of Medicine is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide executive support to the Department Chair, Dean, and/or CAO. This role involves reviewing reports, synthesizing data, and delivering key insights to senior leadership. Under general direction, the Administrative Coordinator will perform complex analytical and professional duties, supporting department directors and senior management. Responsibilities include conducting special studies, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and handling administrative and operational procedures with financial and organizational impact. The incumbent will prepare reports and present recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.This position requires a strong grasp of administrative policies, management analysis techniques, and the ability to apply best practices to enhance department efficiency.
