JOB SUMMARY: Are you a proactive paralegal who thrives on managing a diverse range of responsibilities? If so, this role is perfect for you! You will provide calendaring support to CLO and others in the department. You will provide general assistance to the legal team including drafting various legal documents, agreements, contracts, letters, and legal memoranda, with precision and clarity in the areas of litigation and employment. You will interact with other departments, internal and external clients, outside counsel, vendors, and others. You will work directly with Legal Operations to support projects and initiatives across the department. This is a 6-month temp role with the possibility for full-time employment. This role is required to work in the Durham, NC office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
