Machine Operator

Compensation: $18.70 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM & Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

As a Machine Operator, you will efficiently operate various deburring equipment, identify and solve problems during the process, and ensure parts meet quality standards. This role involves repetitive tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and focus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed deburring and part marking (Vibropeen and Engraving)
• Assemble/disassemble components and enhance surface finishes
• Maintain cleanliness and minor tool maintenance
• Follow AS9100 and quality standards
• Clean parts and work areas
• Collaborate effectively within a team

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (documentation required)
• Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s) (documentation required)
• 3+ years of deburring experience
• Proficient in reading part drawings and using micrometers/dial calipers
• Excellent attendance and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong vision and hand/eye coordination
• Able to work in a loud environment with required PPE
