Compensation: $23.20 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

As a CMM Operator, you will conduct CMM operation, programming, and part verification in compliance with quality procedures. You will also manage gage procurement and calibration to ensure industry standards are met.

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain the Gage Calibration and maintenance program
  • Operate CMM and verify parts to support quality systems
  • Perform validations and PPAP as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections, dimensional studies, and investigations
  • Provide support in the absence of the quality engineer
  • Program CMM using PC DMIS



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 3-5 years of PC DMIS programming experience
  • 2+ years of CMM operation experience
  • Experience with PPAP creation and/or Step Ahead is a plus
  • Knowledge of GD&T, PSC, Gage R&R, and gage use
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain CMM programs and gage calibration
