Advantage xPO is hiring a new Building Engineer to join our team and take charge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of essential building systems for a nationally recognized leader in integrated Facilities Management. If you have HVAC expertise, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you! Position Details: Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Direct Hire Essential Functions: As a Building Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facilities. Your work will include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overseeing contractors and utility mechanics to maintain a well-functioning, safe environment.
