Day in the Life:

As an Enterprise Architect, you'll lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions within the financial services industry. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for systems integration (COTS, SaaS, custom-built solutions).

  • Refine and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps to support business growth.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Architect to enforce architectural standards.

  • Drive solution architecture and integration design for seamless data flow between systems.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable, technical solutions.

  • Lead technical reviews to ensure architectural consistency and compliance.

  • Partner with the Information Security team to ensure secure, compliant solutions.

  • Develop automation strategies to optimize system monitoring, configuration management, and deployment.

  • Maintain detailed system diagrams and integration workflows.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or a similar role, particularly in a financial services or regulated industry.

  • Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise-grade solutions, including COTS, SaaS, and custom applications.

  • Deep knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., FDIC, SEC, PCI, SOX).

  • Hands-on experience with integration patterns like APIs, microservices, and message-based architectures.

  • Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.

  • Proven track record in performance monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.

  • Familiarity with modern architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, etc.

Preferred:

  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
