Role: Service Delivery Program Manager

Location: Chicago, IL -3 days on site a week

Duration: 11+ Months

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple enterprise-wide programs.
  • Programs include vulnerability management, vendor management, and risk/compliance management.
  • Oversees contracts, licensing, and project metrics.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly basis to senior leadership (e.g., BUCIO).
  • Engaging with senior directors and CIO direct reports.
  • Tracking vulnerabilities and problem management across applications (particularly in the wealth management sector).



Experience and Skills Required

  • 8-10 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in service delivery and managing enterprise-wide programs.
  • Experience using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability tracking and problem management, as well as risk and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, especially for presentations and interacting with senior leadership.


Tools/Systems:

  • ServiceNow for vulnerability and problem management tracking.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and tracking vulnerabilities, incidents, and problems for wealth management applications.
  • Collaborating with horizontal program management teams, such as those handling vulnerability and security management.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership (e.g., BUCIO).
  • Managing service delivery functions related to tracking and reporting IT problems and incidents.



Qualifications

Education: Must have bachelor's degree


  • Specific Projects:
  • The Program Manager will oversee the vulnerability management program, ensuring scans are run, and vulnerabilities are assigned and tracked.
  • Additionally, they will be involved in problem management processes (e.g., tracking incidents, problems, and changes) across IT functions.
  • The role is focused on service delivery within the IT domain, particularly concerning wealth management applications.
