We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and adaptable team player to help drive marketing initiatives, support live events, and assist in the production of key reports and collateral. This role is a blend of marketing execution, project coordination, and content support, a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our messaging is impactful; our program planning is well prepared, executed, and concluded; and our reports and content reach the right audience. About the Role

In this opportunity as Content & Events Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Project & Timeline Management

  • Keep projects on track, managing schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce high-quality materials.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize processes for future projects.

Marketing & Content Execution

  • Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, email outreach, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and manage supporting collateral, from brochures and one-pagers to multimedia content.
  • Assist in shaping messaging for reports, presentations, and promotional materials.

Live Event & Activation Support

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for live and virtual events, ensuring cross-team communication.
  • Ensure smooth execution of event-related communications and follow-ups.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and partners.

Report & Collateral Management

  • Oversee the production and publication of key reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and distribution strategies for reports and supporting materials.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure reports reach the right audiences through marketing and event channels.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Content & Events Project Coordinator if your background includes:

  • High energy, accountability, and attention to detail and deadlines
  • An eagerness to facilitate swift communication across several teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of publication design and a critical eye for selecting and evaluating content
  • A keen interest in and knowledge of current industries and challenges and opportunities at the enterprise level
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and a comfort level engaging business professionals and senior executives
  • Creative and bold thinking with the willingness to take calculated risks
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, marketing, event coordination, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree required (Liberal Arts or Marketing preferred)

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $56,000 - $104,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
