General Job Description: Temp-to-perm opportunity. Supporting ACCO's internal corporate recruiters and hiring managers, this position ensures that candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process and that all administrative aspects of the hiring process work quickly and effectively. The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., candidates, hiring managers, recruiters), taking proactive steps to plan and oversee key parts of the process including interviewing scheduling, candidate travel, offer, background, etc., providing timely and professional communications, taking initiative to solve problems and follow up, and helping to influence positive hiring outcomes. The Coordinator directly interacts with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience by helping to streamline the interview process to find highly skilled team members to join the leading Mechanical contractor on the West Coast. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review candidate resumes of open positions.
- Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc.
- Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews/Coordinate candidate travel.
- Answer phones and greet employees/candidates.
- Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials.
- Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates.
- Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team.
- Participate in recruiting events as needed.
- Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers.
- Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process.
- Track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
- Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System tracking and update the candidates' profiles as needed.

Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred in a job-related concentration (e.g., HR Management, Organizational Development, Business)
- 3+ years' experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience providing positive customer service experiences to external and/or internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Must be detail-oriented and understand the importance of recruiting
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to streamline processes whenever possible
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Proficiency in Google suite of applications
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, tasks, deadlines and multiple priorities
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information
Additional Skills/Abilities Preferred, but Not Required:
- Prior HR experience within the construction or contracting industries
- Oracle HCM/ATS experience
- LinkedIn recruiting experience

Travel: 0 -5% of the time to and from the primary office to regional branch offices. Competitive Wages: $25.00 to $37.00 per hour.
