Upon Arrival: Please park in the visitor lot. Enter in through the main entrance and let them know you are here for the hiring event. Walk-ins welcome!

No phlebotomy experience? No problem!

To get you started on your journey with us, we begin with a paid eight-week training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and four weeks of mentoring with an experienced phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

As a phlebotomist, you will:

Prepares collection site, performs set up of equipment, including technology systems

Performs accurate medical interviews to determine donor eligibility, performs venipunctures/blood draws, ensures donor safety, and rebooks donors for future appointments
Observes and responds to donor questions, concerns, and reactions appropriately
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Willingness to under a background check that includes criminal check, motor vehicle check, education verification, employment verification, and a drug screen
Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late days/evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require open availability from 4 am - 10 pm. Schedule provided three weeks in advance.
