Your Impact
You will help drive change management and develop insightful marketing communication strategies and campaigns that engage users, drive behavior changes that lead to adoption of one or more product or service initiatives.
You will be working closely with the adoption Change Specialists to manage the implementation of those communication strategies, including overseeing the day-to-day communication needs of the initiatives which includes high-quality writing and editing support across all internal communication vehicles.
You will identify changes in process, culture, mindset, skills and behaviors required to achieve objectives and key results. You will continuously recognize barriers to change and develop ways to address or overcome those barriers. You will track and analyze adoption (including OKR metrics) of our products and/or services to measure progress and inform strategies. You will have superior writing, great story telling expertise and copy-editorial skills, as well as strong knowledge of complex business concepts to draft clear storylines quickly and succinctly.
Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the development of the team's communication skills (strategic, written, interpersonal), knowledge and capabilities through identification and dissemination of best practices and the design and implementation of awareness-building initiatives.
Your Growth
You will be based in our Lisbon, San Jose or Tampa office as a member of the global Visual Graphics & Media Adoption and Communication team.
You will work primarily with one of our transformation office squads where you'll be part of the team that implements change management strategies that drive adoption for new services and products that transform our services from historically grown siloed offerings to an integrated global service offering built around our users' needs that empowers our users and allows us to focus our custom creation capacity on the firm's most important work.
You will also work closely with product development teams and operational leaders in the roll-out of new products and services.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree; master's or industry certifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience relevant to designing and executing change and/or adoption programs within the firm or for technology products or services (or similar experience)
  • Change Management Certification is a plus (ProSci Certification)
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders
  • Deep knowledge of communication strategies and approaches
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum rituals, research and research communities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong listener and problem-solver
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to quickly grasp range of complex business issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
  • Ability to function effectively and diplomatically within a fast-paced, non-hierarchical professional service partnership
  • Flexibility to perform duties in a professional office settings, as necessary and required (post pandemic)
  • Availability to work evenings or weekends, as required

is $94,100 - $117,600 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
