This full-time, onsite role spans 3 months, during which you will support key HR functions including HR Operations, Compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as tracking training completion and ensuring adherence to company HR policies and regulations.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to inform policy development and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR team members to maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR operations and compliance tasks.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including planning events and surveys.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
- Attendance at work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications: Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- College Level Math Skills
- Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
- Capable of creating and managing spreadsheets, utilizing formulas such as VLOOKUP, basic PivotTables, and data sorting/filters to analyze and report HR data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and responsibilities, as well as evolving HR policies and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
- High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with an HRIS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team.
