Job Description: The Quality Manager will be responsible for providing Quality leadership, managing, and developing QA teams that support site, customer, and manufacturing operations, which includes coordination of site quality certifications (internal and external audits), customer quality interface, internal manufacturing quality, supply-chain monitoring, process development and quality initiatives (including but not limited to continuous improvement project teams, QMS integration activities, One Factory model adoption, and supporting customer driven inspection priorities). Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Requirements/Qualifications: Five to ten years of experience in manufacturing industry managing Quality Organization with BSEE or similar degree. Familiar with ISO9001, AS9100 requirements, ESD, FOD programs, IPC-610, J-STD-001 and 8D.
