Requirements

The Sponsored University Associate oversees data management of all processes for the Open Enrollment period, including but not limited to:
  • Process waiver approvals via data downloads.
  • Send out corresponding emails and update the tracking system with the exceptions.
  • Update students' accounts in Banner (During open enrollment an average daily waiver report can include up to several hundred individual waivers - 500+).
  • Perform other work as assigned.


Work Interactions

The incumbent reports to the Program Manager and works with students and parents. The data person's response to an estimated 8000 + student waivers is the beginning of the entire Open Enrollment work flow process. Waivers not approved by the data person become the "back end" follow up for other staff members to work through. This individual may work with Director, time permitting, on other data management projects.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technology preferred or 5 years of related work experience
  • Skilled in Excel and communications both verbally and written
