Koch Industries, the second largest privately-owned company in the United States with revenues generating over $125 billion, is seeking a Recruiter to partner with and support Georgia-Pacific in recruiting Operations talent, with a focus in the Pulp & Paper industry. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sourcing and recruiting talent specifically within the Pulp and Paper industry. As part of our Koch Recruiting team, you will be empowered to drive, influence, and challenge hiring supervisors to hire the best talent for openings across the United States. This recruiter will have ownership of the recruiting process in partnership with the business with a strong focus and emphasize on candidate sourcing. This role is eligible to be worked remotely in the United States, with a preference for Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS. What You Will Do * Own full cycle recruiting: focusing on partnering with hiring supervisors to define recruitment strategies, assess external/internal candidates against business needs, and apply interviewing techniques to assess for culture fit and knowledge * Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions and maintaining a high level of communication * Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent, making Georgia-Pacific a preferred employer to our candidates * Build, communicate and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract a diverse slate of quality candidates both internally and externally * Adhere to and provide guidance on internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process * Collaboration with business partners to understand the organizations talent position, identify gaps, and build recruiting strategies/initiatives * Leverage data to help the business make informed decisions and to help us be competitive in the marketplace * Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient completion of tasks, proactive problem-solving, and transparent communication with stakeholders. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Direct full cycle recruitment experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environment * Experience with cultivating, managing or supporting strong strategic partnerships with internal customers (hiring supervisors, business HR) and external customers (candidates, agency partners) * Experience using social platforms to attract, engage, and recruit passive candidates * Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience * Willingness to travel up to 10% What Will Put You Ahead * Specific technical or engineering recruitment experience, particularly within the Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Sectors * Experience with Avature CRM and/or Avature ATS For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
