Program Manager-GHI (IPD)

Shared Services: Global Outreach (Full-Time, Day Shift) -

Job Summary: The Program Manager-GHI International Professional Development (IPD) is responsible for managing the International Professional Development program for clinicians, administrators, and other licensed professionals who come to Loma Linda to increase their knowledge and return to their home country to build healthcare capacity. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business or health related area required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of work experience in project management, health care, international mission work, or study abroad program required.

Able to perform basic accounting functions; be financially responsible; conduct financial analyses; communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; use computer and software programs necessary to the position, including Kintera, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and databases; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; speak publicly and give presentations to internal and external audiences. Able to hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone; identify and distinguish sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position.
