Description: NSI requires a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst to support PMA 259 Air-to-Air Missiles Program Office. The FMS Financial Analyst will conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Provides FMS financial management support from implementation to case closure. Will provide financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is desired. Will be knowledgeable and able to demonstrate an understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and Navy regulations as set forth in the SAMM, DoD 5105.38-M is desired.
Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: BS or BA degree. Experience: At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. At least three (3) years' financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within FMS is required. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
