Your Impact
Working as a Finance Specialist, you will be preparing comprehensive financial reports, ad-hoc analyses and presentations for regional and global leadership, including financial performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives (focused on, but not limited to, reporting on Pricing Committee approvals, client contract details, non-standard arrangements portfolio and Return on Investment).
You will ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results, as well as appropriate interpretation of reports being shared by the team.
You will also stay in regular contact with various Finance stakeholders, building relationships based on mutual trust.
As part of your scope, you will work with other teams across the firm to develop and implement process improvements including quality controls, support modernization and digitization of internal tools.
You, as a finance Specialist, will independently lead smaller projects and initiatives as needed, deepening the team expertise related to firm financial concepts and policies.
Your Growth
You will be part of Finance Insights Team, playing an important role in helping our Firm Leadership make informed decisions.
This includes leading projects or internal initiatives regarding financial concepts, reporting developments and/or skill enhancements, as well as maintaining body of knowledge in area of expertise and assessing and communicating impact of changes on practices and policies.
You may also be responsible for creating and enhancing complex reporting models that include standard metrics and benchmarks that assist senior leaders in making strategic decisions, and presenting insights of analyses and reports to relevant leadership groups, acting as their thought partner.
Finance Specialist develops strategies to ensure that financial and/or client service information is accurately generated and effectively communicated. You will collaborate with internal clients for process improvements, business case preparation, overall project lifecycle activities, functional specification documents and testing scenarios.
You'll have the opportunity to support professional development for other colleagues, e.g. via project work or by building functional knowledge of the analyst peer group.
Your qualifications and skills
  • 4-year college degree preferably in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; Engagement lifecycle/Client Finance experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset; excellent problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems with little guidance; strong organizational skills; detail orientation coupled with the ability to see big-picture trends; ability to thrive under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience on efficient data management and knowledge of reporting tools (Knime, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) would all be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills, including effective collaboration with others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, also with Senior Leadership; ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

is $112,900 - $162,600 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
