CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Practice Leader - Bridge to join our Infrastructure - Bridge Team at our Hartford, CT; Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Burlington, MA office. YOUR IMPACT CHA's bridge team has been recognized as one of the leading innovators in the industry. We are on the forefront of bridge design developing new solutions that reduce cost and maintenance and utilize accelerated bridge construction (ABC) techniques to reduce impacts to the traveling public. We incorporate collaborative and diverse thinking with practical and cost-effective designs that responsibly improve mobility and safety throughout the United States. The Business Practice Leader will be responsible for providing overall profit and loss management, strategic direction, inspiration for their workforce and elation of clients through excellence in project delivery, ensuring profitable growth of the business. This includes developing a specific growth strategy and collaborating with leadership to execute the strategy and grow their practice, as well as maintaining overall responsibility for staffing, project management, technical excellence, quality assurance, and operational activities within the assigned area. Additionally, the Business Practice Leader will collaborate with other practices throughout the organization to ensure the efficient execution of projects, staff utilization, and talent management. The professional in this role will be expected to lead an inspired organization, requiring high-energy and dedicated leadership skills to attract and retain talent as well as manage the pulse, morale, and engagement of employees. Working collaboratively with leadership, the Business Practice Leader will develop aggressive operational and financial targets, well-thought-out growth strategies and action plans, and annual budgets for the Bridge team with the ultimate objective of being a recognized industry leader. This key role will support business development and proposal efforts to ensure the team meets its new business generation target and will work closely with Marketing to best position their services and technical expertise in the marketplace. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
SALARY RANGE: $180,000 - $200,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
