We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Facilities Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and efficiency of our facilities across the enterprise. This role is vital in ensuring our facilities are safe, operationally sound, and optimized for performance. Plan, Manage, and Elevate Every Space As an Enterprise Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the management, maintenance, and efficiency of our enterprise-wide facilities. Your role will be to: Design and implement strategic facility management plans that enhance safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. Lead large-scale facility projects, from renovations and relocations to equipment installations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular facility inspections. Streamline vendor contracts and relationships, managing maintenance, repairs, and service agreements. Oversee budgets and control costs, optimizing expenditures while maintaining high standards. Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building practices. Lead and mentor facility teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Repair, Maintain, and Optimize with Precision We're looking for a hands-on leader with the expertise to balance big-picture planning with operational execution. The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate property management, or related fields. Expertise in building systems maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and general repairs. A deep understanding of compliance and safety standards, including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. A strong background in vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance oversight. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The ability to travel (25%) to support enterprise-wide facility initiatives. Valid driver's license, TWIC card, and passport for domestic and international travel. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $130,000 - $160,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
