We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to support our Technical Enablement Advisory team at EisnerAmper. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background and a proven record in delivering innovative products and impactful solutions across complex portfolios. What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Play a visible leadership role throughout software development: conduct discovery, collaborate on strategy to deliver solutions while managing up, down and outward

  • Maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of product strategy and product management frameworks, market trends, and consumer and enterprise tools across a variety of industries.

  • Identify, define, and prioritize the product/platform roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with partner teams to deliver extended value to address the teams' broader initiatives.

  • Communicate and provide leadership to other team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Identify and communicate risks in product development.

  • Be an integral part of the development team, fostering collaborative and innovative environments with engineering partners.

  • Assist in leading the delivery and development of the roadmap by maintaining an organized and prioritized backlog, participating in daily stand-ups, managing refinement ceremonies, and providing collaborative and transparent feedback for team adjustment in retros

  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff

Basic Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience working in product management

  • 3+ years of experience working in data platforms, data products, machine learning, or artificial intelligence products and solutions

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Generative AI experience a plus

  • Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and leadership

  • Expertise in defining, scaling, and delivering software products leveraging software development process through an in-depth understanding of customer needs
