Financial Analyst - Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction team. This role plays a crucial part in managing accounting ledgers, budget development, project expenditures, and capital funding requests. Primary responsibilities include:

* Coordinating construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in collaboration with the Capital Programs team.

* Reconciling financial ledgers to ensure accuracy.

* Preparing annual budgets for capital projects.

* Developing and maintaining detailed spreadsheets to track project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget; preparing budget variance reports.

* Processing capital funding requests efficiently.

The full hourly salary range for this position is $76,200.00 - $158,800.00/year. Please note - the department's target pay range is $87,000 - $105,000/year.

* At least 3 years of professional experience in a financial role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and/or budget preparation.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Demonstrated intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Experience with design and construction projects preferred.
