Finance Intern

Network Health is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team for the 2025 Summer. The Finance Intern will support and assist the finance department specifically working with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis on special projects, financial reports and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
• Appropriately apply all organizational and regulatory principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies
• Support the Finance team with corporate financing activities
• Assist with department processes and procedures such as month-end financial reports, yearly forecasting efforts, audits, data entry and financial planning and analysis.
• Maintain proper document storage retention
• Spreadsheet preparation and analysis
• Journal entry preparations as needed
• Escalate non-compliance issues when encountered
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Ability to work effectively in a team/matrix environment
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks

Skills:

• Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word; basic working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Follow controls and standard business practices
