Associate Director, Alumni Alliance Programs & Engagement - Office of Advancement Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. Georgetown University's industry-based alumni alliance groups bring together alumni with common professional experience and interests. Given the already strong class and regional structures, alliance engagement provides an additional avenue by which alumni who may not be inclined or able to engage through their class or local club can get involved with Georgetown. There are currently five chartered alliance groups: the Wall Street Alliance, Georgetown Entrepreneurship Alliance, Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance, Georgetown Technology Alliance, and Georgetown Angel Investor Network. Additionally, there is a multi-phased development process for groups that aspire to one day become a chartered alliance group. By growing the alumni alliances, the University hopes to: a) connect alumni with each other for the purposes of networking, and thereby connect them more closely to Georgetown; b) grow the University brand in industries of strategic importance; and c) expand mentorship and job/internship/informational resources for students. The Associate Director of Alumni Alliance Programs & Engagement is a key member of the Alumni Relations team, Alumni Association, and Office of Advancement. This position will work closely with volunteer leadership and the University to develop, manage, and build unique events, programs, and resources for the alliance groups at Georgetown. Work Interactions This position serves as a member of the Office of Advancement and reports to the Director of Alumni Alliance Engagement, who reports to the Senior Director of Alumni Alliance & Affinity Engagement. This position will work closely with alumni volunteers within specific alliance groups. They will interact regularly with alumni volunteers and/or staff from the following teams: Georgetown University Alumni Association, Regional Clubs, Alumni Career Services, Alumni Affinity Groups, and other on-campus offices. Additionally, this position will interact with Development Officers to engage and/or inform potential prospects. Requirements and Qualifications

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $47,586.00 - $87,558.13 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
