Job Description:

TITLE: Senior Project Manager (PMO) & Transformation (MRO)

EMPLOYER: Airbus Helicopters, Inc.

DUTIES: Manage development and implementation of processes, tools and methodologies for transformational initiatives aligned with MRO company-wide roadmap. Lead all MRO transformation company-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives for AHNA (local for global and/or global for local). Generate, identify, and measure opportunities of competitiveness improvements for transformation initiatives including identification of action leverages, risk and management issues of proposed changes, business case creation, financial analysis, and viability. Develop and implement overarching business development strategy and best practices across the company. Provide a structured governing project management body to successfully launch projects within compliance of strategic objectives, supporting operational management in preparation and overall execution of project plans.

LOCATION: Grand Prairie, TX

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field and 2 years in any job title involving experience in project program management, process improvement, work force optimization, or strategy analysis in the aviation industry. Prior experience must include: Working experience in digital transformation; working experience with Six Sigma or other similar continuous improvement methodology (5S, Kaizen, or Value Stream mapping); experience in developing and enhancing data driven strategy including improving use of data and analytics to deliver business value to existing and new business models; working experience with continuous process improvement and change management; working experience in an international complex environment; and working experience in Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) organization and process. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for business meetings. Telework benefit: Up to 2 days per week.

SALARY: $132,954.00 per year
