1.0 FTE- 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm GHC East Clinic POSITION SUMMARY The Clinic Manager is responsible for organizing, directing and managing the primary care operations at assigned GHC-SCW primary care clinics. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of RN Team Coordinator, RN, Care Team Specialist and Patient Care Technicians at their respective clinic locations. The position functions in a collaborative leadership role with the Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Supervisor to ensure a balanced, productive, quality driven clinical practice that is financially responsible to the members of GHC-SCW. The position supervises daily staffing, customer service, and financial performance of the clinic. The Clinic Manager collaborates with other department managers and staff in addressing various operational issues within the clinics. The Clinic Manager supports GHC-SCW community relationships that enhance clinic visibility, increase market share, and anticipates market changes in collaboration with other administrative departments (Marketing, Member Services, Quality Management, etc.). The Clinic Manager supports the mission and vision of GHC-SCW as a member-sponsored cooperative. JOB SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent educational training with practice management is required.
- Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a clinic practice setting is required. Experience in similar size/type of organization (managed care) is preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License required if a Nurse.
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid Healthcare provider CPR/AED certificate is required. Employee must obtain certification within four (4) months of employment.
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license with good driving record and/or ability to provide own transportation to various work locations, as required.

- Ability to work together with the Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Leader to effectively manage the day-to-day clinic operation.

- Ability to use and/or learn electronic medical record systems such as EPIC.
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to prepare, monitor and control department budgets and clinic productivity.
- Ability to consider the financial impact (cost/benefit) in decision making.
- Ability to continuously monitor workflow to ensure prudent use of staff resources.

- Accountability for monitoring the professionalism, skill, and teamwork of the assigned Patient Care Services staff in partnership with Clinic Medical Director.
