We can't wait for you to join our heart-centered team! Responsibilities Performs all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Under general supervision performs skilled work relating to the maintenance of all Oklahoma Heart Hospital buildings, properties systems and plant equipment as assigned. Performs proactive maintenance, safety and operational testing and documentation of all designated systems and equipment as assigned. Essential Functions:
Qualifications Experience: Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related trade/discipline experience. Hospital maintenance experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school preferred. Licensure/Certification: City of Oklahoma City Boiler Operator license required (Class 1). Mechanical Journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma required. Apprentice licensure with the following two (2) registries required: Plumbing/Electrical with the State of Oklahoma.
