Overview Construction Services is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our Administrative Support team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Core Responsibilities
- The selected candidate must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills, including proficiency in computer-keyboarding.
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills are essential, as this role involves frequent interaction with both internal and external customers.
- This candidate must have knowledge of, or willingness to learn various systems such as Work Management Systems (ARM), Maximo, Engage and HR Payroll.
- Primary responsibilities include managing a high volume of payroll-related inquiries through various communication channels, such as telephone calls, face-to-face interactions, and virtual meetings, while maintaining detailed logs.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and filing various documents, along with performing other general clerical duties.
- The individual should possess strong oral and written communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- The candidate must be flexible and able to report to different work locations as required.
- This position is currently hybrid, requiring three days in office and two days remote at companys discretion; standard shift hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- Must maintain confidentiality and consistently adhere to ethical standards of business conduct at all times.

- The System Emergency Assignment (SEA) program provides a mechanism by which Con Edison can best utilize its employee resources should an event occur that affects our facilities, equipment, or systems and the companys operating department(s). Your System Emergency Assignment (SEA) may be different than your everyday job. The purpose of this role is to help in an emergency response, and the expectation is that this is not voluntary. All employees must report for their assignment when called upon.
