Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm The wage increase will be $22.40 after 60 days of probation. Pendleton provides a generous benefits package that includes nine paid holidays. New employees will begin accruing sick and vacation time on their first day. Health and dental coverage, including family plans, is available for $69.75 monthly. After the probation period, additional benefits, such as vision reimbursement, a 401(k) match, non-occupational short-term disability, and $25,000 in life insurance, become available. |
