Description

Starkey Hearing is seeking a full time Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our team at our global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for opening, sorting and imputing orders into the system accurately to show receipt of product. This position is also responsible for the timely shipping of all mail/products leaving Starkey, and ensuring all items are shipped according to procedure.

1st shift
Monday through Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Mondays only - 5am - 1:30pm (optional)

Responsibilities



  • Ensure that hearing aid orders are received and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter orders into the system to show receipt of product.
  • Ensure that hearing aid orders are shipped to customers according to specifications and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that Earmold orders are shipped to customers according to specifications and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that OTE/BTE orders are shipped to customers according to specifications and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that International orders are shipped to customer according to specifications and in a timely manner.
  • Check and verify quality.
  • React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.


Other Duties



  • Support Starkey Employee Corporate and/or Department Guidelines.
  • Support corporate health and safety objectives.


Job Requirements

Education:

High School degree or equivalent desired

Skills & Abilities



  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lb. required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend numbers and instructions.
  • Verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to type 30 WPM is desirable.
  • Good ten key skills preferred.



Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $17.03/hr to $21.74/hr year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits:

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
