If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Technology and Data Risk Specialist, you will drive critical governance and risk management programs and projects to enhance the firm's ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
You will be instrumental in creating and refining firm guidance documents, such as policies and standards, ensuring they are robust, current, and aligned with the firm's security requirements.
You will ensure that training content accurately reflects these security policies, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to adhere to best practices. By maintaining comprehensive guidance documents and training programs, you will foster a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the firm.
In your role, having a solid understanding of technology and data risk management will be essential. You will leverage this expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the firm's technology infrastructure and data assets.
Your deep knowledge of technology and data risk management will enable you to develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the firm's critical information and technology resources.
You will stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices, ensuring that the firm's risk management framework remains robust and responsive to the evolving risk landscape. By applying your technical acumen and risk management skills, you will play a key role in safeguarding the firm's technology and data assets.
You will also be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategies across a range of risk management topics. This will involve direct engagement with senior leaders through interviews and workshops to identify critical governance and risk-related challenges.
You will oversee the development and implementation of actionable recommendations to address these challenges, ensuring processes are effectively integrated into the firm's operations and continuously monitored for effectiveness. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the firm's overall risk posture and provide actionable solutions to complex challenges.
Your ability to synthesize complex information and craft compelling presentation decks will be key in facilitating discussions and problem-solving sessions with senior leaders. These decks will effectively communicate key insights, strategic recommendations, and potential solutions, enabling informed decision-making and fostering collaborative problem-solving. By delivering clear and impactful presentations, you will support the firm in addressing governance and risk challenges and driving strategic initiatives forward.
Furthermore, you will develop a metrics program to establish a comprehensive framework for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of governance and risk management activities across the organization.
By identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements, you will collect, analyze, and report data to provide insights into the organization's governance and risk posture.
