We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Advisor who will support the Protective Technologies (PT) Division of the Aviation and Missile Center Command. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to enhance the capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness of these critical functions. This position offers the unique opportunity to develop cross-functional expertise, improve operational workflows, and contribute to building scalable processes that drive organizational success. You will advise functions that involve the planning, execution, and/or coordination of organizational budget activities, cross-service MIPR management, and key acquisition planning. This includes preparing contract-related pre-solicitation documentation, determining contract methodology, developing contract requirement package, and coordinating with the appropriate supporting contracting activity. You will develop documents, briefings, perform financial analyses, and presentations. In addition, develop and maintain multi-service budgets and financial reports for large programs.

Required:

• BS in business or related field
• 20 years related experience
• Some Travel
• Must have an in-scope Top Secret DoD clearance
