The suitable candidate will be a career minded individual with aspirations of developing their career in program management. This position will be multi-faceted, with the primary aim to support effective delivery and management of major programs.

Some of the key responsibilities of the position would include:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Ensure effective change management processes are in place.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
