Job Purpose Hyliion is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. The selected individual must be professional, articulate and enjoy working within a collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This position requires making decisions that support the CEO's strategic priorities and working closely with the executive staff to ensure these priorities are met timely, through action items tracking and pushing deliverables to completion. The Executive Administrative Assistant will need to be proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO as well as recommend, implement, and ensure processes are in place and followed to support the strategic use of the CEO's time and resources. This individual is often privy to confidential information and requires high diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion. Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for the CEO to all internal and external constituents (e.g., Other CEOs, investors, international diplomats, senior management, Board of Directors, etc.).
- Manage the CEO's complex and dynamic schedule, including strategizing, managing, and resolving conflicting requests and priorities and coordinating with other department functions to tie into the CEO's calendar/travel to make the most effective use of his time.
- Detailed expense reporting.
- Prepare correspondence on CEO's behalf, ensuring a high level of professionalism, appearance, and mirroring style and format.
- Create and prepare materials for meetings including presentations and agendas.
- Managing social media and marketing accounts; posting content and responding to inquiries.
- Planning and coordinating on-site and off-site events and conferences.
- Perform general office duties, process invoices, distribute mail, maintain files, order supplies.
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between colleagues to support planning for meetings, events, and projects.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

- Education, Experience and Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives within publicly traded companies.
- Skills and Abilities
- Expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong graphic design skills for creating presentations.
- Social media savvy.
- Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Role Classification and Working Conditions This is a salaried, exempt-level position. This position typically works in an office environment; and given the nature of our business is also exposed to operations/warehouses/production environments. Physical/Other Requirements
