Position Summary & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, ordering supplies; as well as project or process-oriented activities in support of the Process Execution Team (PET) and/or other Site Support Functions. This position requires a significant amount of data collection, data input, and data collation. This position requires maintenance of relationships with key suppliers, processing of purchase orders and expense reports in support of the PET. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and communicating functional data, creating various summary reports, and other applicable duties.

This position will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Manage complex communications as required

* Complex administrative support including but not limited to:

o Perform research, collect and organize data

o Create presentations from several sources

* Collaborate within team environment

* Owner of various key projects and / or processes; may assist or participate in some areas within specific initiatives

* Plan and organize off-site team building events

* Schedule bi-weekly PET Business meetings

* Update Tier 2 board and set up invite for daily meeting

* Assist Director with calendar management

* Process expenses in Concur and submit reports for payment

* Assist managers in setting up job interviews for external and internal applicants

* Provide support for scheduling off-site meetings, travel arrangements and training sessions

* Order and maintain inventory of disposable PPE and industrial supplies

* Enter supply orders into Coupa buying system, receive and approve invoices for payments

* Maintain relationships with various vendors to source supplies

* Maintain and post PET Organizational Chart

* Maintain Teams distribution groups within department in Azure/Teams

* Manage and maintain locker rooms for men and women

* Administrate vendor safety shoe program

* Request work orders for building maintenance

* Present safety shoe program and locker use for new hire orientations bi-weekly

Minimum Qualifications
1. Knowledge of relevant applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Visio or LucidChart, Teams and Sharepoint).
2. Ability to work within a team and manufacturing environment, communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
3. Prior experience in an Administrative, Purchasing or Manufacturing role

Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of additional systems/applications (Coupa, Concur, Workday)
2. Experience presenting information for discussion, as well as instructions for coworkers to follow
3. Experience developing and communicating new processes

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $19.00 - $33.50 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
