Business Services Intern

Overview:

VersAbility Resources is looking for an enthusiastic Business Services Intern to become part of our vibrant team. This internship provides practical experience within the Business Services Department. The intern will have the chance to assist in developing an inventory system, managing records, tracking materials, and performing various other business services-related tasks.

We are seeking candidates who reside in Virginia and can work onsite at our corporate location in Hampton, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating SOP's.
• Creation of inventory system for vendors and materials.
• Track vendors and inventory of materials in Business Services Dept.
• Organization of various records and files.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently a Junior or Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field requiring a GPA of at least 3.0.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for working in a mission-driven nonprofit environment is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required.
