Join our TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll be responsible for leading the hotel's operational success and exceptional guest experiences. As the Director of Operations, this role directly manages the Food & Beverage Department (3 outlets, $3M revenue) and oversees the Room Division (Front Office/Guest Services, Housekeeping), fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture while driving business results. Essential Job Functions: * Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a service centric and positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction * Lead & manage the hotels Food & Beverage Department * Foster strong working relationships within all hotel operating departments * Be present throughout high guest contact & service areas to maintain compliance with brand and company standards and evaluate the consistent delivery of Wonderful Hospitality, Always * Evaluate potential areas of inefficiency; work collaboratively to develop and implement cost saving procedures and processes * Interview, hire, train, and provide coaching to associates in the procedures and techniques of proper service delivery in line with property, brand, and company SOP's. * Act as the primary senior operational leader for day-to-day oversight of the Food & Beverage and Rooms Division Departments * Work closely with the Assistant General Manager/General Manager to execute business goals as directed * Conduct routine inspections of the property in its entirety to identify improvement areas or areas needing attention * Act as the Manager on Duty as needed * Indirectly provide guidance and leadership to all hotel departments as appropriate and act in the authority of the Assistant General Manager/General Manager in their absence, as assigned * Compensation: $95,000-$105,000/annually. Physical Demands: * Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment * Work most of the shift standing and moving throughout high guest contact areas Qualifications: Education: * High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: * 4-years' experience in food & beverage operations at a manager level, hotel management at department head level and room division management (front office & housekeeping) preferred * Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required * Food Handlers Certification required * OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations * Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting Spire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
